YOUR CONTRACT — PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BOOK

These booking terms and conditions govern all bookings you make with Dream Flights Services Ltd of 587c Stockport Road, Manchester, M13 0RX (“we”, “us” or “our”). References to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking, all persons on whose behalf a booking is made, or any other person added or transferred to the booking.

Dream Flights offers a range of travel arrangements or services (“Arrangements”) that can be booked through our site, by phone, or in person. The terms we use vary depending on the type of booking. If you book a single travel element (e.g. flight only or accommodation only), this is called a ‘single element’ booking. If you add more than one element (e.g. a flight and a hotel), it is referred to as a ‘multi-contract package’. This means you are entering into multiple contracts with different suppliers, and we facilitate those contracts. Each booking is priced individually, and the total price is the sum of each booking’s individual cost. A ‘single contract package’ is when we combine multiple travel elements under one contract and price, as indicated on your confirmation. In such cases, your contract for the entire package is with us.

When making a booking, whether for a single element or a multi-contract package, we arrange for you to enter into contracts with airlines, hotels, transfers, excursions, or car hire companies (collectively referred to as ‘Service Providers’). We act as agents for these Service Providers, and their terms and conditions will apply to your booking. You must read these terms carefully as they contain essential information. All travel arrangements are an invitation for you to make an offer to the service provider, which we may accept or reject.

1. Booking and Payment

By booking with us (in person, online, or by phone), you confirm that you:

  • Have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Consent to our use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Are over 18 years of age and reside in the UK, and where applicable, you declare that all members of your party meet any age restrictions for the services booked.
  • Accept financial responsibility for the payment of the booking for all individuals listed, including insurance premiums and cancellation or amendment charges.

All services are subject to availability, and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed. Your contract is confirmed once we accept your booking, receive payment, and issue a confirmation invoice. The balance for your arrangements must be paid by the due date specified during booking. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking, and cancellation charges (see section 6) will apply.

Please check your confirmation carefully and inform us of any discrepancies immediately. As an agent, we are not responsible for any documentation errors except where they are caused by us.

2. IATA Accreditation

Dream Flights Services Ltd is an IATA-accredited agent (IATA number: 91248813), allowing us to issue confirmed tickets directly on behalf of several airlines. Flight-only bookings are governed by the airline’s terms and conditions, including their cancellation policies.

3. Prices

We reserve the right to change advertised prices at any time. You must confirm the price of your chosen arrangements before booking.

4. Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all members of your party. Some Service Providers may require it. Ensure that the insurance is suitable for your needs and bring your policy details with you while traveling.

5. Special Requests

If you have any special requests (e.g. dietary requirements or specific room locations), inform us at the time of booking. While we will pass these requests to the Service Provider, we cannot guarantee they will be met.

6. Changes and Cancellations by You

Cancellation or amendment requests must be sent to us in writing via email. Such requests take effect when we receive them. We will assist where possible, but changes and cancellations are subject to the Service Provider’s conditions, which may result in significant charges. In addition, a £100 administration fee per person will apply for amendments and cancellations.

Please note that some Service Providers may not permit changes, meaning full cancellation charges may apply.

7. Changes and Cancellations by Us

For non-package bookings, if your Service Provider makes a significant change or cancels your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with the provider to offer alternatives or refunds. We may charge an administration fee of £50 per person for such services.

For package bookings, we reserve the right to make changes or cancellations. Insignificant changes (e.g. flight time changes under 12 hours) will be communicated if possible but will not entitle you to compensation. Significant changes will prompt a choice of accepting the change, receiving a refund, or accepting alternative arrangements. Compensation may apply depending on the timing and nature of the change, as detailed in our terms.

If we become unable to provide a significant portion of your arrangements after departure, we will seek to offer suitable alternatives or an appropriate refund if the standard of the new arrangements is lower.

These are the core terms governing your booking with Dream Flights Services Ltd. Please ensure you read and understand them fully before booking.
